Before filming, we agree on the budget, schedule, decision-makers, approval points and delivery list. During prep and photography, the client receives clear progress and cost reporting.

Scope changes are discussed before they become overruns. Remote clients stay close to the decisions without having to run the Vancouver production themselves.

  • Named decision-makers
  • Scheduled approval points
  • Production and cost updates
  • Change approval before spend

05 / FAQ
What should we send first?

A script or draft, creative brief, episode format, target budget and preferred production window are enough to begin a useful conversation.

Can Lumberwitch budget before greenlight?

Yes, subject to scope and availability. Lumberwitch can review the material and develop a Vancouver production approach for qualified projects.

Can clients participate remotely?

Yes. The review and communication plan is defined around the client’s team, decision-makers and production schedule.

Do you provide post-production?

Yes. Editorial, colour, sound finishing, graphics, VFX as required, review, quality control and delivery can be included in the production scope.

Can you work to platform specifications?

Yes. Technical requirements should be supplied at the beginning so they can be incorporated into production and post planning.

What budgets do you accept?

We assess projects based on script, scope, schedule and production requirements. Include an anticipated range in the initial enquiry so we can recommend the appropriate production model.
